Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Therapist based in Manteca, CA, with flexibility to work remotely on designated days. The Associate Therapist will provide direct therapy services to clients including assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy. Responsibilities include documenting client progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with professional and ethical standards. The role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. Qualifications Expertise in therapeutic techniques, assessment, and treatment planningStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with documentation best practices and regulatory complianceAbility to build trust and establish rapport with diverse populationsProficiency in time management and organizational skillsClinical experience in mental health, social work, or counseling preferredMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related fieldActive licensure as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or equivalent (required)Bilingual skills are a plus
