HR MANAGER - CONSULTANT - METRO DETROITSage Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team!The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all Human Resource functions for our clients. The selected candidate will also provide general administrative duties with an emphasis on human resources projects including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, maintaining electronic filing systems, onboarding, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to support organizational growth and employee development while ensuring compliance in all areas of employment.RESPONSIBILITIES :Developing implementing, maintaining, and training on HR policiesDirecting onboarding, open enrollment, and hiring.Managing payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, filing, etc.Partnering with leadership to achieve key strategic plansREQUIREMENTS :A bachelor's degree in a business-related field, HR preferredProfessional in Human Resources certification preferred (SHRM, PHR, etc)Minimum of 3 years HR Manager or Generalist level experienceExcellent verbal and written skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of labor lawsStrong analytical and organizational skillsExcellent leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively prioritizeFlexibility, adaptability, and initiativeBENEFITS:Competitive salary range $48,000 - $55,000 plus bonus potentialExcellent benefits package (BCN/BCBS, STD, LTD, Life, IRA)Paid Time Off and HolidaysOpportunities for continued HR training and educationWorking with a team of HR professionals across industries and specialtiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
