Your responsibilities will include:Handling and safely restraining animals during exams and proceduresCollecting samples, drawing blood, and administering injectionsAdministering medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribedPerforming diagnostic tests, radiographs, and record-keepingMonitor and care for animals before and after surgeryProviding client education and support with compassion and clarityHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environmentSupporting and mentoring teammates to foster a positive, collaborative cultureAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 40 poundsFollow protocols and procedures with consistency and fairnessDemonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactionsCross-train and provide support in the receptionist role as neededWhat We’re Looking ForRVT preferred; or minimum 2 years of veterinary experience with growing responsibilityStrong technical skills and the ability to work independently when neededCompassion and empathy for both pets and peopleExcellent communication and teamwork skillsReliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethicA willingness to support, mentor, and grow with your teamAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced settingEnthusiasm for learning and personal growth Growth And DevelopmentWe are committed to supporting your growth through:Thrive U: free CE library and learning opportunitiesInteractive leadership workshops Why You’ll Love Working HereWe are a team that values integrity, compassion, and collaboration.
