Role Description This is an exciting full-time on-site Assistant role located in East Lansing, MI. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, organizing and maintaining records, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and facilitating communication between various departments. Additionally, the Assistant may handle data entry tasks, prepare documents or reports, and support the team with day-to-day operations to ensure productivity and efficiency. Qualifications Administrative skills such as organization, scheduling, and document preparationProficiency in written and verbal communication, and ability to manage correspondenceBasic computer skills, including experience with data entry and standard office softwareStrong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independentlyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and reliabilityExperience in a similar role or with related office tasks is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is an advantage
