Nurse Practitioner, Pulmonary - Temple Physicians Inc Specialty: Temple Lung Center Setting: Outpatient / Inpatient Hours: 40 hours a week, generally M-F with inpatient coverage and on-call weekends once in four weeks (rotating with other providers). Weeknight call rotation as well. Location: Rotation between: Temple Lung Center @ Yardley |1000 Floral Vale Blvd Ste 125 Yardley, PA 19067 Temple Lung Center @ Far Northeast | 2630 Holme Ave Ste 104 Phila, PA 19152 Overview Position supports both general inpatient care of non-critical pulmonary patients and outpatient ambulatory practice patient sessions. Inpatient support hours: after hour calls & weekend & holiday coverage, as needed Duties Treats and evaluates patients; administers advanced nursing care in a particular clinical specialty area under the direction of the licensed physician. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities including diagnosis and the prescription of medical therapeutics or corrective measures in collaboration with and under the direction of the licensed physician. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required Master's Degree Nursing Required Experience 1 year experience in a clinical specialty practice Preferred 2 years experience as a nurse practitioner Preferred Licenses Multi State Compact RN License or PA Cert Reg Nurse Practitioner Required PA Registered Nurse License Required Prescriptive Authority Preferred Your Tomorrow is Here!
