Production Manager
Production & Sourcing AnalystThis role plays a critical part in supporting product execution from purchase order issuance through delivery. Responsibilities include vendor management and communication, ERP data maintenance, cross-functional coordination, work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, product costing, invoice reconciliation, packaging compliance, and reporting. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and external partners. This is hybrid role with Fridays being fully remote, and all other days being in office. What You'll DoProduction ManagementSupport vendor capacity planning and production schedulingIssue and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery performanceTrack and report on work-in-progress (WIP) throughout the production lifecycleEnsure retailer- and channel-specific packaging and labeling requirements are metResolve in-season issues related to quality, production schedules, shortages, and overagesCoordinate and track sample requests and approvalsFinancial ManagementManage product costing processes and maintain accurate costing by channel and distribution modelConfirm value-added service (VAS) requirements and associated costsVerify packaging material costs by product, vendor, and country of originMaintain standard costing tools and related documentationSet up and maintain product and financial identifiers within company systemsReconcile factory invoices and coordinate documentation required for payment processingOperations CoordinationPrepare and distribute weekly in-transit reporting to internal stakeholdersMonitor and report on late purchase orders and key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensure required EDI and operational documentation is completed and transmitted accuratelyMaintain style master data and product setup within ERP systemsSupport prepack creation and managementWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in apparel sourcing, production, or supply chain operationsExperience supporting production and fulfillment for major national retailers and/or large-scale wholesale accountsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with overseas vendors and factoriesExperience utilizing ERP systems in a production or sourcing environmentExperience with PLM systems; Centric PLM experience is a plusIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysisStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field preferredCollaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
