Service Client Care Representative

Service Client Care Representative Toyota of Riverside is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Client Care Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with incoming service phone calls. Setting up, scheduling, and monitoring service department appointments. Following up and rescheduling missed or late service department appointments. Making follow-up phone calls to previous day service customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Bringing all customer concerns and complaints to the attention of the Service Manager. Making follow-up phone calls to current open recall customers. Responding to all service internet leads and setting up service department appointment accordingly. Following policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook. Any other duties as assigned.
