Define SLAs, report performance, and drive improvements in CSAT and/or unit cost to serve. Oversee a team of four responsible for IT help desk, application support, and hardware (desktop) management via CDW. Prepare the company for SOC 2 security compliance within the next two years. Develop new processes and deploy tools and systems necessary for driving improvement. Assist with Help Desk management responsibilities and handle ticketing/ITSM software such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Freshservice. Utilize company data to drive business growth, generate new ideas, and research solutions. Develop practices that can be marketed externally (e.g., as a Microsoft Solutions Partner). Committed to continual improvement and process optimization. Position Requirements: Experience with ticketing and ITSM software such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Freshservice. Proficient in networking and security principles. Strong people and project management skills. Excellent leadership and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with the capability to drive business decisions using data. Innovative with a talent for generating new ideas and conducting research to find solutions. A hands-on manager who actively engages in project work rather than merely overseeing administrative tasks.
