Quality Assurance ManagerOverviewOur client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance its quality systems and processes. This role will oversee quality assurance operations, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about quality, efficiency, and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, standards, and specificationsEstablish testing protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goodsEnsure all products meet internal and customer quality standardsOversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection activitiesInvestigate quality issues and lead corrective and preventive action initiativesUtilize quality management systems to track, analyze, and resolve quality concernsLead and develop quality assurance and receiving teams, including performance management and trainingPartner with suppliers to improve quality and resolve vendor-related issuesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiencyServe as a technical resource for customer quality issues and lead resolution effortsEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standardsFacilitate quality meetings and drive continuous improvement programsMaintain accurate documentation and quality recordsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, ORAssociate degree with 8–10 years of progressive experience, OREquivalent combination of education and experienceRequired SkillsExperience with ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality standardsStrong leadership and team development capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio)Experience with ERP, CRM, and Quality Management SystemsPreferredLean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experienceAdditional InformationThis role includes direct supervisory responsibility for quality and receiving staffRequires a strong presence on the manufacturing floorPersonal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, is required in designated areasWhy Apply?This is an opportunity to join a stable and growing company where you can make a meaningful impact on quality systems, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
