Senior Cost Accountant

We’re adding a Senior Accountant to our team — someone who’s detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make an impact in a growing company.You’ll play a hands-on role in month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting the integration of new business units. The ideal fit is comfortable owning their work, spotting variances, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.What you’ll do:Prepare monthly journal entries (accruals, prepaids, depreciation, revenue, etc.)Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze P&L variancesSupport the month-end close and prepare management reporting packagesAssist with audits, budgets, and special projectsHelp streamline processes and strengthen internal controlsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA or MBA a plus)3+ years of progressive accounting experienceExperience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) preferredStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)Detail-driven, organized, and proactive communicatorAble to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
