Job DescriptionDuties:Verify approval on all invoices and check requestsCoding or verifying the G/L account code of invoices for accuracyVerify use of correct vendor, invoice number, invoice date, workflow/expense type, and amountAble to prepare and process checks for multiple companiesAble to process 400-500 invoices weeklyAudit and verify expense reportsReconciles vendor statements/accounts ensuring they are zeroing out every monthAbility to process and follow-up on rush itemsPerform special projects as assignedQualifications:3 years or more of related experienceExperience with Microsoft ExcelCompany DescriptionAbout Constant RecruiterConstant Recruiter is a full service contract and direct hire recruiting firm.
