Enterprise Account Executive – Enterprise AI Productivity PlatformSan Francisco (hybrid)$225k–$255k OTE A high-growth enterprise AI productivity platform is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help drive new customer acquisition across the US market. This is a full-cycle role focused on winning new logos, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and contributing to the next phase of company growth.This role suits someone who knows how to build pipeline as well as close — someone comfortable owning deals end-to-end rather than relying purely on inbound demand.The roleOwn the full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to closeGenerate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account targetingLand new enterprise customers and expand into key accountsManage multi-stakeholder, complex sales processesPartner with leadership, product and technical teams on deal strategyHelp refine enterprise sales messaging and approach as the company scalesWhat they’re looking forEnterprise SaaS sales experience2+ years in a closing Account Executive roleEarlier career experience as an SDR/BDR (1+ year) or similar new business roleDemonstrated success winning net new logosExperience running structured enterprise sales processesStrong discovery, commercial and negotiation skillsComfortable in a high-growth environment where ownership is expectedNice to haveExperience selling AI, productivity, workflow, or technical SaaS solutionsExperience in a startup or scaling SaaS companyExperience selling to technical or operational stakeholdersPackage$225k–$255k total compensation (base + commission)Hybrid working in San FranciscoOpportunity to join during a strong growth phase with real impact on revenue growthIf you're someone who enjoys building pipeline, winning new business, and owning enterprise deals from start to finish, happy to share more detail.
