We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated college students to help us scale.Job DescriptionWe're hiring Outside Sales Representatives to meet with potential clients, assess properties, and generate quotes for landscaping services. This is a field role — you'll be visiting homes and businesses, building relationships, and closing high-ticket deals. Warm leads are provided; no cold calling required.ResponsibilitiesMeet with prospective clients at their propertyAssess landscaping needs and prepare accurate quotesFollow up with leads and close dealsRepresent Canopy Land Solutions professionally in the fieldMaintain records of quotes, conversations, and follow-upsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in college, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field️ Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, coachable, and reliableValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust be able to work outdoors and walk propertiesSales experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right personCompensation$30 base pay per qualified quote --> Equivalent to $30 an hour just to meet with customers and handle the quoting process.
