They treat diseases and disorders of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, colon, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas, as well as offer nutritional counseling and intervention. They use state-of-the-art technology in a compassionate, professional environment. They operate out of 5 conveniently-located outpatient sites and have a staff of 4 physicians and 1 physician assistant. They are currently hiring due to growth.POSITION DESCRIPTION: The new physician will work in a traditional outpatient setting, providing general gastroenterology services with the support of dedicated clinical and administrative assistants.The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:- consultations- follow-up visits- treatment of GI conditions- colonoscopy- capsule endoscopy- upper endoscopy- ERCP- colon cancer screening- nutrition counselingThey see patients for such conditions as:- GERD- IBS- hemorrhoids- ulcerative colitis- Crohn's disease- abdominal pain- pancreas disease- acid reflux- and much morePhysicians see an average of 25 to 30 patients per day; this number is adjusted based on type of appointment scheduled, patient needs, and provider preference.
