All while understanding that **together** we are even better.**All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:**+ Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance+ Paid Time Off from Day One+ 403-B Retirement Plan+ 4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental Leave+ Career Development+ Whole Person Well-being Resources+ Mental Health Resources and Support+ Pet Benefits**Schedule:**Full time**Shift:**Day-Weekend (United States of America)**Address:**501 REDMOND RD NW**City:**ROME**State:**Georgia**Postal Code:**30165**Job Description:****SHIFT: DAY/WEEKEND**+ Practices principles of employee and patient safety during daily job activities.+ Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.+ Implements individualized treatment plans based on physical therapy evaluations and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.+ Modifies treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments in consultation with physical therapist.+ Collects patient data and communicates with the physical therapists regarding discharge recommendations when maximum benefit has been achieved.+ Documents patient care accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology, following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policies.+ Charges patients accurately and timely according to CPT code format, price file, and insurance guidelines.+ Oversees the care provided by rehabilitation aides according to established regulations and practice standards, and may involve coordinating activities of rehabilitation aides, students, and other support personnel.+ Evaluates and interprets patient data relative to age-appropriate behavior, motor skills, and physiological norms, modifying approaches and communication skills accordingly.
