Job Description
LHH is partnering with a stable, complex organization on a contract-to-hire Senior Payroll Administrator to support large-scale payroll operations. This role focuses on end-to-end payroll and timekeeping accuracy for a distributed, multi-state workforce and works closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with varying work rules.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has supported high-volume weekly payroll and is comfortable navigating union environments.Compensation: 35-43/hr DOQThis is a temporary-to-hire role through LHH Recruitment Solutions (Adecco Group). Benefits during the contract period are provided by Adecco and include Minnesota Earned Sick & Safe Time. Client benefits apply upon conversion.What You'll Do:Support end-to-end payroll and timekeeping processes for a large, hourly workforceReview, audit, and reconcile time records prior to weekly and bi-weekly payroll runsApply union agreements and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate payPartner with internal teams to resolve payroll questions and discrepanciesSupport off-cycle payroll activity and historical audit requestsAssist with system updates, testing, and process improvementsEnsure ongoing compliance with federal and state payroll regulationsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environmentDemonstrated experience supporting high-volume payrollExposure to union payroll strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and comfort with complex rules and deadlinesAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced settingSolid understanding of payroll compliance and wage/hour regulationsCPP certification a plusIf you are interested in this opportunity or would like to explore other Payroll, Accounting, or Finance roles through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please contact Christina Bannayan at christina.bannayan@ lhh.com.Pay Details: $32.00 to $42.00 per hourSearch managed by: Christina BannayanBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
