The Senior Account Manager will lead key relationships, working with our dedicated teams to deliver world-class campaigns across paid media (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic).Responsibilities: Leading the senior relationship for the strategic account to understand the campaignbrief requirements and communicate goals internallyAdvise the client on media buying and strategy and take ownership of the successfuldeliverySpot opportunities to unlock growth of the account across paid media, turning theseideas into actionManaging client budgets, producing project schedules and reporting on campaignperformanceWork with the wider team on new business pitches and presenting to potentialclients to win future accountsInspire, motivate and develop team members to deliver quality campaigns thatexcite our clientsWork with our ambitious and dedicated Paid Media specialists on exciting campaignsTravel to client sites as and when required to deliver review meetings.Requirements:Agency experience working in a client services roleA strong understanding of key paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display etc.) toshape campaign progress and drive resultsPrevious experience of the set-up and implementation of paid media campaignswould be helpful, however is not a must in this roleAn understanding of the creative process within an agency would be beneficialA highly energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, whilst galvanisingour team to deliver powerful campaignsA passion for planning, pitching and winning new businessFantastic attention to detail, organisational skills and a calm presence to deliverunder pressureThe ability to build long-term relationships and shape the media and marketingstrategy for our global partnersBenefits:Work for a global market leader with a new office in the heart of Philadelphia Huge potential for progression in line with our ambitious growth plans Internal mobility options and established career paths Generous PTO entitlement Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Hybrid Media is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
