The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients. Administer medications and manage titratable drips efficiently. Monitor and interpret telemetry readings accurately. Collaborate with respiratory therapists for CPAP and BiPAP management. Adapt to phased staffing plans, including working with limited nurse aid availability at night. Rotate weekends and holidays as per the unit's scheduling requirements.QualificationsCurrent and unrestricted RN license. ACLS (AHA) and BLS certifications required. Proven experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing. Ability to titrate drips and manage complex cardiac patients. Competency in reading and interpreting telemetry strips.
