Executive Strategy AssociateFableticsOS is currently looking for an Executive Strategy Associate. How Do You Fit In? We are looking for a motivated and execution-oriented individual to support strategic operational initiatives for the FableticsOS portfolio of brands. This unique opportunity will report to the SVP, Operations of Fabletics. This role will support our Operations Organization including Global Fulfilment Centers, Global Supply Chain and Global Member Services. You will work closely with senior leaders of all functions across the FableticsOS portfolio of brands. This role will lead complex cross functional operations projects. This position will report to the SVP, Operations. What You Will Do: Excel in a high impact role that works directly with senior leadership on key operations and business initiatives Provide analytical and deck-building support for our strategic storytelling, including but not limited to company-wide communications, speaker presentations, investor and Board of Directors materials, offsite sessions and team-building initiatives Operationalize leadership team priorities by driving definition, analysis, project management, and execution of ad-hoc strategic initiatives Ideate and innovate on existing processes to improve efficiency and promote organizational health and alignment Own and run regular meetings and strategic offsites for executive leadership Work cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and develop creative solutions to ensure project success Work as a liaison between FableticsOS and the brands to improve communication and solve problems What You Can Bring: 2 to 4 years prior experience as a management consultant, strategy manager, or analyst Top-tier Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills Highly organized and accountable with strong attention to detail Strong verbal and visual communication skillset; ability to convey ideas with audience in mind Strong analytical skillset: ability to define and derive answers from data Execution-focused mindset with ability to drive ideas from concept to completion Proven ability to lead end to end project management initiatives, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. Adaptable to rapidly shifting priorities, with proven ability to maintain grace under pressure and balance multiple simultaneous projects Strong intellectual curiosity with entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to challenge the status quo Continuous drive for improvement; appetite and eagerness to pick up new skills and responsibilities Interest in and knowledge of different AI tools to help with operational efficiency Willing to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get to the best answer and win as a team Professional and approachable style with high degree of personal integrity and discretion Strong interpersonal skills; approachable with ability to build trust and influence others Passion for Ecommerce, Operations, and Fashion Nice to Have, and We'll Teach You: Strong understanding of Operations Where We Are: This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters Compensation & Total Rewards: At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together! The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
