Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe.Professional Services Business Operations Financial AnalystLocation: highly preferred to be a hybrid Atlanta-based employee from GHQ (midtown) office but will consider remote location for the right candidate.Postion Summary & Key Areas Of ResponsibilityThe Business Operations role provides consultation to Professional Service’s (PS) Managing Partners and other solution team members in managing the operational and/or process deployment aspects of Professional Services. This role is focused on turning measured and analyzed information into actions that can drive improved PS performance, productivity and profitability. Business Operations Consultants are responsible for facilitating the execution of processes and systems as they relate to PS within NCR Atloes' Lines of Business. In addition, they are responsible for process-specific training programs and localization/regional integration of Global PS initiatives.Summary Of Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist Professional Services and Solution Team management in building and managing the operation of the Professional Services business. Target activities to improve productivity and profitability of PS consultants across area and regional practices, through performance analysis. Recommend and implement corrective actions as required to improve performance. Assist in the development, deployment and customization of global processes, systems, tools and metrics to facilitate management of local region PS resources. Facilitate solution team execution of Resource management (internal & external), Pricing and Bid Management, Order Billing and Project Accounting/Tracking for all PS resources. Assist and perform the development of process deployment plans, including schedules, tasks and dependencies. Identify and communicate recommended improvement in process currently deployed. Measure Professional Services business effectiveness. Report on a core set of financial, operational and people-related metrics for key organizations within the solution team or Line of Business. Provide Professional Services expertise and analysis to PS management. Share PS expertise/analysis in the form of operational reviews and audits, as well as process review and audits for compliance. Assist in development and execution of the operations planning, outlook and results analysis. Define and execute a process that facilitates cross-region and cross-Line of Business resource sharing, to improve utilization of internal resources. Mentor and assist PS management with implementing the PS business model. Train solution teams and PS management on new responsibilities related to management of PS resources and standard operating practices. Basic QualificationsOperational and Process Deployment Expertise: 2+ years proven experience in managing and deploying operational processes within Professional Services, with a focus on enhancing performance, productivity, and profitability. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to turn measured and analyzed information into actionable insights to drive business improvements. Systems Proficiency:Oracle Cloud GL: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud General Ledger. Oracle ERP Order Management: Proficiency in managing orders and related processes within Oracle ERP. ATLAS: Familiarity with ATLAS for financial reporting and analysis QuickBase: Experience using QuickBase for database management and application building. Changepoint Professional Services Application: Knowledge of Changepoint or other similar PSA for managing professional services operations highly preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel: Expertise in using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFs for data analysis and reporting. Training and Integration: Ability to develop and deliver process-specific training programs and facilitate the localization and regional integration of global Professional Services initiatives. Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external clients. Communication and Collaboration:Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with Managing Partners and solution team members, and to facilitate the execution of processes and systems across NCR Atleos’ Lines of Business. Ability to communicate effectively across different time zones and with diverse individuals from various countries and cultures. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, especially when coordinating across different time zones. Analytical thinking to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively. Meticulousness in managing data, processes, and documentation to ensure accuracy and quality. Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances, new information, and unexpected challenges. Ability to work well in a team environment, fostering a cooperative and productive atmosphere. Preferred QualificationsPower BI: Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence reporting is highly preferred.
