The Inspection Associate is responsible for inspecting, handling, and packaging parts in accordance with customer specifications and internal quality standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality by identifying defects and supporting continuous improvement efforts.Primary ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret work orders (WOID) and customer‐specific work instructionsInspect parts using visual and tactile methods to identify surface defectsDetect abnormalities in part appearance, plating thickness, and equipment performanceNotify Team Leader or Lead Associate of any issues or irregular conditionsUse fine‐grain sandpaper to correct minor surface imperfectionsPack parts according to standard work instructionsProperly store racks, barrels, and customer containersMaintain 5S standards in assigned work areasSubmit and support safety and process improvement suggestionsAdditional DutiesLoad and unload parts from racks and/or barrels per standard proceduresAssist Team Leaders and Lead Associates with assigned tasksPackage, label, and sort customer parts as directedParticipate in weekly team (Vital Signs) meetingsPerform end‐of‐shift cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspaceQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong attention to detail and quality focusAbility to follow written instructions xevrcyc and work ordersGood hand‐eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work in a fast‐paced manufacturing environmentTeam‐oriented with good communication skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededWhy Join Us?Stable, growing companyOpportunities for advancementTeam‐oriented environmentCompetitive pay and benefits
