Job Title: Electrical Sales Representative (with Basic Electrical Work) Location: South Florida Employment Type: Full-Time Work Environment: In person, field-based ⸻ About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with electrical knowledge who can accurately evaluate jobs, communicate professionally with customers, and perform small electrical tasks when needed. This role bridges the gap between sales and field operations, ensuring customers receive accurate information and smooth project execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Visit customers’ homes and businesses to assess electrical needs Provide accurate technical evaluations based on basic electrical knowledge Create and present detailed estimates for services Perform small electrical tasks, such as: Replacing outlets/switches Minor troubleshooting Installing small fixtures Other basic tasks as needed (not full electrical projects) Capture photos and videos to help the field team understand job requirements Clearly document materials and tools needed for each job Collaborate with the field manager (Elvis) for technical verification Follow up with customers to close pending estimates Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance Work closely with dispatch, permits, and purchasing to ensure job readiness Represent Solomon Electric with integrity, knowledge, and reliability ⸻ Requirements Fluent English (required) Basic electrical skills and hands-on experience Ability to perform small electrical tasks safely and correctly Reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites Basic electrical tools (minimum starter kit) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage daily appointments Professional appearance and strong work ethic Ability to take clear photos/videos and accurately document job details ⸻ Preferred Skills Residential or commercial electrical experience Prior sales experience Familiarity with Workiz or other field service CRM systems Spanish speaking (advantage) Understanding of local codes and basic permit processes ⸻ Job Type Full-time Monday–Friday (with optional Saturday availability) Commission-based or base + commission (depending on experience) ⸻ Why This Role Matters Ensures customers receive accurate, trustworthy evaluations Reduces miscommunication between sales and field teams Increases revenue by improving estimate-to-approval rate Improves customer satisfaction and overall workflow Pay: $720.00 - $3,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
