The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities, as well as overseeing the analysis of financial and operational results. This role requires a strategic partner who can challenge assumptions, drive insights, and elevate financial discipline in a collaborative, high-tenure team environment. The SVP will also be tasked with enhancing multi-year strategic planning models, presenting financial outlooks to executive leadership, and ensuring that financial analyses supporting major decisions are rigorous and relevant. Applicants must be Certified Public Accountants (CPA) with a Master's degree in accounting or finance, and have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 7 years in a leadership capacity. The role demands a professional with a strong executive presence, excellent communication, and influencing skills, as well as advanced expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. Deep proficiency in Excel and enterprise planning systems is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of staying current on industry trends and best practices, and proactively assessing their business impact.
