Real Estate Field Tech & Runner

The Field Tech & Runner will be responsible for supporting our RM/OSS and organizational needs throughout the week. This position will require driving to and from listings, making deliveries, picking up supplies, conducting visual design consultations of our prospective listings, and the occasional off-site assistance at client events.The Field Tech & Runner serves as the key onsite manager for all of our listings by making weekly visits to unoccupied homes, dropping off signage, marketing materials, lockboxes, keys, etc., arranging & meeting vendors as needed to prepare a listing for the market, and assisting in obtaining virtual tours.The Field Tech & Runner will also be responsible for inventory management, creating and executing marketing materials, mailers, delivery of client gifts, and some data entry projects. Additionally, the position will support broader initiatives, programs, and events of the company as necessary/assigned.Responsibilities:Installing and removing signs from properties (Directionals, Riders, Open House signs, etc.)Installing and removing lock boxes from propertiesConsistently checking on listings & identifying and addressing challenges at listingsDelivering & picking up documents & client giftsPreparing folders & marketing materialsManaging & keeping track of listing materials & asset inventoryAssisting with listing photosAddressing & shipping mailersAddressing & mailing "Golden Letters" & "Buyer Needs letters", & gifts.Assisting with organization marketing initiativesCoordinating & meeting vendors as neededCourier/liaison for mail, packages, & office suppliesAssisting in obtaining virtual tours with a 360-degree cameraOccasionally meeting clients at a property on behalf of agentsData entry projects (as needed)Assisting with event signage and set up/breakdownCalling agents for showing feedbackTechnical supportOccasional night/weekend support as neededQualifications:Valid driver's licenseReliable vehicle for transportationProof of vehicle insurance with Anna K Intown listed as additionally insuredFlexible availability & reliabilityProfessional demeanor and appearanceMust be able to work independentlyLaptop computer prefAbout Company:Anna K Intown, Inc. is a top-producing "Group" associated with Keller Williams Realty, selling $100+ Million in 2023 & serving residential home sellers & buyers in the in-town & surrounding metro Atlanta markets.
