Senior Program Manager
Job Title: Senior Program ManagerDuration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Mountain View, CA 94043Pay Range: $100 - $105/ Hr on W2.Key ResponsibilitiesLead complex cross-functional enterprise programs from initiation through execution and closure.Define program scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals.Partner with executive leadership, engineering, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.Establish program governance, reporting cadence, communication plans, and executive status updates.Drive program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and change management.Manage multiple workstreams, resource planning, budget tracking, and competing priorities.Facilitate executive decision-making, remove execution roadblocks, and lead continuous process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.Core CompetenciesAdvanced program management, strategic planning, and portfolio management.Expertise in program governance, change management, strategic and operational risk management.Ability to balance short- and long-term priorities while delivering business objectives.Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.Experience influencing organizational strategy and driving alignment across multiple programs.Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy, Operations, or related fields.Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations.Strong leadership, executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Box, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.Experience with resource planning, budget management, executive reporting, and KPI tracking.Familiarity with change management, organizational transformation, and the Salesforce platform/ecosystem.Prior Go-to-Market (GTM) program management experience is highly preferred.Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate across departments, and successfully drive programs to completion. “We are an equal opportunity employer.
