B2B Customer Enrollment Associate

Elevate Acquisitions is EXPANDING TO AN OHIO CITY NEAR YOU to make clean energy accessible and affordable for communities across Buda, TX. We partner with leading providers to help businesses transition to business technology sources, reduce costs, and contribute to a better future. We’re currently seeking an Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Associate to join our Buda team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers—guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth transition into b2b company programs. What You’ll Do Engage with customers face-to-face in B2B settings Explain program details, eligibility, and benefits in clear, simple terms Assist customers with enrollment applications and verify required information Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Represent Elevate Acquisitions with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity What We’re Looking For Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers Comfort working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Willingness to learn about renewable energy programs (training provided) No prior experience required—just bring your motivation and coachability!
