We also have an extensive commercial portfolio and have constructed many of the most iconic buildings in Sarasota. About the Role We're hiring a Senior HVAC Technician to handle residential service and maintenance across our service area. You'll diagnose and repair systems, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver the kind of service our luxury clients expect. You'll also help lead our junior techs and keep our standards high.What You'll DoService, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systemsDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues and troubleshoot system faultsPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance checksRead wiring diagrams and safely work with electrical componentsHandle condensate lines, pumps, and related componentsCommunicate clearly with clients about repairs and recommendationsMentor junior technicians and document work accuratelyWhat We're Looking For5+ years of HVAC field experience (residential service and maintenance focus)Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsProficient in using ServiceTitanValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust live in Bradenton, Sarasota, Palmetto, or Venice, or be willing to relocateHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to lift equipment and work in tight spacesPay & Benefits$25 to $45 per hour, based on experienceFull-time position80% of medical coverage paid by employerPaid time off (PTO)
