HVAC/MEP Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced HVAC/MEP Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC and MEP projects in the commercial construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, HVAC systems, and MEP coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HVAC and MEP projects from conception to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Manage project teams and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to assess project status and address any issues.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and clients.Facilitate communication between all project participants, ensuring alignment on project goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC and MEP sectors, preferably in commercial construction.Strong knowledge of design build processes and construction methodologies.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
