You'll work directly with ownership in a founder-led organization focused on great medicine, strong teams and culture, and long-term growth, not short-term churn.Key focus areas:Drive regional strategy and growth while owning the financial success of the marketLead and inspire multi-hospital teams and practice managers across the regionBuild winning cultures through strong HR leadership and scalable systemsOptimize vendor partnerships and facilities for performance and patient careSpearhead the launch of brand-new, state-of-the-art hospitals (de novo)Ideal background:We're looking for a great operator with 7+ years leading multi-site operations management in veterinary, pet, healthcare, dental or similar service operations.
