BroadPath is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents. Our Licensed Health Insurance Agents are responsible for providing consultative recommendations and answering inbound calls of those interested in purchasing insurance plans and benefits. This includes qualification of consumer, completing needs assessments, educating on plan benefits, and steering towards an appropriate Medicare & Retirement plan when applicable.ResponsibilitiesPartnership with Fortune 10 and leading Health Plans nationwide – come work with the best!Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects, and establish yourself as a trusted advisorUsing active listening, you will be an expert in interpreting the needs of current and prospective members, answering questions about the products, and matching each prospect to their ideal planCompensation + Benefits$21 per hour (paid weekly)Bonus structure discussed during trainingAll costs related to licensing and certifications are covered$300 bonus for completing the first week of production$1000 bonus for completing the hive program and transitioning to the clientQualificationsAs our ideal candidate, you are organized, driven to tackle the challenge of building and maintaining trusting relationships.Must hold an active Health Insurance Producer License in residential stateHigh School Diploma or equivalentAbility to obtain and maintain licensesAbility to work regularly scheduled shifts, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work overtime and/or weekends as neededOnce initial training is complete, ability to work onsite 2x weekly and come onsite for local events/trainingPrevious sales experience or customer serviceFamiliarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsFlexibility to customize approach to meet all types of caller communication styles and personalitiesAbility to commute to Salem, OR HIVE location for training for 9 weeksDiversity StatementAt BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
