National Sales Manager

We specialize in solutions for Safety, SPCC, Fire Protection, Stormwater, LDAR, Waste, and Preventative Maintenance Inspections, helping companies operate safer, more efficiently, and with greater accountability. We are seeking a National Sales Manager who is passionate about making workplaces safer, improving safety and environmental compliance, and contributing to technology solutions that protect people, facilities, and the environment. Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States but must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport.What You'll Do:·      Market and sell EHSTracks SaaS solutions to new and existing customers·      Cultivate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and trade shows·      Attend, lead, and represent EHSTracks at national trade shows and industry events·    Travel within sales territory, and nationally when required, to meet with potential and existing customers (75% travel required)·      Manage customer interactions, lead development, and opportunities in CRM system·      Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities·      Collaborate with customers to ensure SaaS solutions meet system requirements·      Collaborate with the sales team and align efforts to meet customer demands·      Negotiate and close deals, including proposals and pricing agreements·      Build lasting customer relationships and provide post-sale support·      Gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements·      Ensure product standards, delivery, and customer satisfaction are consistently met·     Prepare customer feedback to leadership and development team for feature enhancements and developmentWhat We're Looking For:·      Ability to generate new business opportunities through industry networking, referrals, and strategic relationship-building while expanding and maintaining existing client and professional contacts·      5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record in manufacturing or technical sales·      Strong experience managing CRM data and customer pipelines·      Proficiency in SaaS solutions and technology·      Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills·      Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, accessible way·      Strong team collaboration skills·      Background in environmental, health & safety, manufacturing, or SaaS (preferred)·      Willingness and ability to travel extensively within sales territory, and beyond as required (75%+)·      Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States but must reside within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport·     Technical degree (industrial safety, industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, computer science, IT, applied science, marketing, business management, or related) preferred but not required·      Basic Knowledge of EPA regulations and environmental compliance preferred·      Along with your resume, please submit a cover letter stating your favorite sales win.
