Job Title: Area Manager Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k)Job Type: Exempt, Full-time, Direct Internal Hire Salary: $70,000-75,000 Base Salary + CommissionArea Manager (Gainesville & Morrow)We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead branch operations, grow client relationships, and drive business development across the Gainesville and Morrow markets.Key Responsibilities:• Spend 50-60% of time on business development, including at least three monthly visits to Morrow• Manage and grow existing client relationships (40-50% of time)• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and recruiting efforts• Support team performance through coaching and accountability• Drive sales activity, client visits, and networking efforts• Ensure accurate payroll, invoicing, and compliance with company policiesQualifications:• Strong communication, sales, and leadership skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency with basic computer systems• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current insurance requiredWhat We're Looking For:This position does have supervisor responsibilities.
