The role focuses on reporting, analysis, and ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. This position supports mission-critical programs in a fast-paced environment.Skills / Responsibilities:Assist engineering teams and Program Management Office (PMO) staffInterpret program performance data and identify key insightsPrepare reports in compliance with CDRLs and Earned Value Management (Formats 1–5)Support preparation of financial briefings, presentations, and status reportsAssist Program Managers in identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plansTrack cost, schedule, and resource allocation against program budgets and forecastsSupport analysis and reporting activities across multiple program areasRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field5+ years of experience in program controls, earned value management, or program financeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience preparing reports, dashboards, and executive-level summariesAbility to work effectively in both large and small organizationsProposal experience is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentSecurity Clearance Requirements:TS/SCI clearance preferredMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
