Job Description Duties and ResponsibilitiesCNA/CAREGIVER/HOME HEALTH AIDE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE. Basic caregiver duties include:- Assisting 1 to 3 Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) with daily activities- Bathing and grooming- Laundry and helping with dressing- Cooking and feeding- Housekeeping- Managing and administering medications- Complete documentation accurately and timely- Transportation to and from appointments as needed- Transfer Assistance with a Hoyer Lift- Companionship and emotional support- Communicate effectively and respectfully with family members, visitors, and staff- Have knowledge and understanding of people with disabilities- Accept and respect each person as an individual- Participate in training as required- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practiceMust Haves:- Must have a reliable form of transportation- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance- Must have been a licensed driver for at least one year- Social Security Card
