Overview In this role you support Enterprise Performance by coordinating and tracking multi-Lines of Business initiatives to improve program outcomes. You work as a bridge between project management, planning teams, and leadership to ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. You’ll contribute to leadership materials, independent reviews, and enterprise-wide improvement efforts in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will help shape performance processes and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive impact across Lockheed Martin’s priorities.
