Team members join a mission-driven organization that shapes the future of safe, intelligent transportation and robotic systems.Role Description The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jerusalem, responsible for leading cross-functional projects that support Mobileye’s physical AI and autonomous driving initiatives. This role oversees project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality targets are met across hardware, software, and AI teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating technical requirements, managing timelines and risks, tracking dependencies, and facilitating clear communication among engineering, product, and operations stakeholders. The Technical Project Manager monitors project performance, prepares status reports, and drives continuous improvement in project processes and tools. The role also involves supporting roadmap prioritization, aligning resources with business objectives, and helping teams remove operational and technical barriers.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience planning, executing, and tracking complex technical initiatives.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information and align diverse stakeholders.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support evidence-based decisions.Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including guiding cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.Relevant experience managing engineering or AI/robotics projects, preferably in automotive, mobility, or similar high-tech environments.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, or similar systems).Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Comfort working on-site with multidisciplinary teams in Jerusalem and collaborating across global locations.
