Charter Trip ManagerThe Charter Trip Manager will support and report to Baker Aviations Senior High-Volume salesassociate. Managing the cycle of a booking from the time of contract execution and through thecompletion of the flight.Job duties include, but are not limited to:Accurately Inputting all pertinent passenger data. Must have attention to detail and beable to spot a single digit error in passport numbersEnsuring fuel orders are secured and provided to crew members as neededNotifying FBO’s of arrival and needsFlight following: Monitoring active flights, coordinating with brokers and FBOs, andproviding real-time updates to clients regarding tail numbers and crewVerify usability departure/arrival airportsSending trip sheetsCoordinate with broker for all details of the tripInput pax info into Jet InsightInput catering info into Jet InsightSetup Fuel Release for all leg of the tripSecure PPR’s as neededCoordinate with FBO as needed to assist crewAlert crew of newly booked trips or schedule changesCheck schedule fitment and crew duty limitations around your tripAdd pilot notes to trip sheet for all of the aboveWe are looking for someone who has a “now-not-later” mentality, who is eager to get the jobdone accurately and efficiently in order to support business growth.**Proficiency in JetInsight is preferred**Pay and BenefitsSalary: 60-70k a yearHealth Coverage - Baker Aviation pays the entire premium for our healthcare plan. This is a$3,000 per month value for a family plan.401K - Baker Aviation contributes 3% to your 401K.
