QA Automation Technical Architect
Must-Have
Strong understanding in Automation, Playwright, Selenium, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Expertise in planning test phases, estimating effort, and resource allocation.
Good-to-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Familiarity with Performance tools, Accessibility Testing, AEM migration Testing AI & Intelligent Automation
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Define and implement Automation Road Maps, Test strategies aligned with business goals and project timelines.
Evaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to stakeholders and Influence design decisions to improve testability
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps teams, Project managers, Developers, Business analysts, and Vendors.
Review and optimize automation frameworks. Drive CI/CD integration for automated tests
Provide regular updates on test progress, defect trends, and release readiness.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigating and resolving test failures
Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
