Job Description Job Title: Pest Control Route ManagerJob Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Pest Control Route Manager to oversee daily field operations, manage service technicians, and ensure consistent, high-quality pest control services. This role is responsible for route efficiency, technician performance, regulatory compliance, and maintaining company standards across all accounts.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize daily service routes to ensure efficiency and completionSupervise, train, and coach pest control technicians in the fieldPerform routine ride-alongs and quality assurance inspections on technician routesEnsure technicians are completing services properly, thoroughly, and according to company standardsReview and approve service notes for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation per unit/propertyMonitor company vehicles and ensure proper use and care of company-issued equipmentEnsure all technicians maintain and properly use required PPE at all timesVerify and track technicians' continuing education hours to ensure compliance with licensing requirementsAddress and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionallyEnsure all services are performed in compliance with safety regulations, pesticide labels, and company policiesMonitor technician timecards for accuracy and complianceTrack performance metrics such as callbacks, route completion, and productivityMaintain inventory levels, equipment readiness, and vehicle organizationCommunicate effectively with office staff and field techniciansQualifications:10+ years of pest control industry experience required2+ years of Pest Control Route Manager experience requiredStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to hold employees accountable and enforce company standardsIn-depth knowledge of pest control methods, materials, and safety regulationsHighly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and schedulingValid driver's license with a clean driving recordBranch 2 Field Representative or Operator License (California)Experience managing multiple technicians and service routesFamiliarity with pest control software systemsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive pay (based on experience)Company vehicle (if applicable)Paid training and ongoing developmentOpportunities for advancementWhy Join Us:We are a growing company focused on quality service, accountability, and team performance.
