Real Estate Investment Specialist

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role based in the Metro Detroit region, for a Real Estate Investment Specialist. The responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities for existing and future clients, conducting due diligence on prospective properties, evaluating local real estate markets, and assisting with portfolio transitions. The role involves identifying property investment opportunities and providing professional insights to support clients in their purchasing decisions. Duties will also include facilitating the marketing process for vacant rental units for Parc's sister company, Parc Management, and identifying acquisition opportunities for Parc's parent company, Parc Capital.
