Customer Service Representative

Capstan Atlantic is at the forefront of innovation in powdered metal technology. We are dedicated to excellence and innovation in every aspect of our work, and we're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Wrentham, MA.
The Customer Service Rep (CSR) is the primary contact with the customers for orders and forecasts. The CSR is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and addressing concerns. The CSR serves as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Rep also controls pricing tables and processes customer engineering requests and other customer related (non-quality) issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following is a description of the duties and responsibilities of the CSR (not limited to the following):
A. Retrieves, receives, reviews and files all customer orders and forecasts.
B. Enters all customer orders into MRP system.
C. Inspects and forwards to Production Control all customers forecasts.
D. Manages repricing process with sales for MTO customers.
E. Maintains pricing tables.
F. Processes Customer Engineering change requests.
G. Addresses customer questions and non-quality concerns.
H. Seeks customer input and feedback.
I. Contacts customers with late delivery information. Presents recovery plans.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
The following is a brief description of the technical skills and experience required:
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to interact with customers
Ability to use MS excel, word, outlook, explorer.
Organized and detail oriented.
Strong customer service skills
