Job Description Control Panel Electro-Mechanical AssemblerTOPS Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer that has moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This expansion has created multiple openings on the assembly team—an ideal time to come aboard and grow with the company.A day in this roleMonday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:15 PM, you’ll work at a clean, modern bench in a production environment outfitted with updated equipment. Your focus is precision, quality, and building reliable control systems.What you’ll build and doAssemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies at the bench for control cabinets and related equipmentConstruct mechanical assemblies that integrate into electrical control systemsRoute, crimp, and terminate point-to-point wiring by following diagrams and work instructionsRead and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawingsPerform basic testing and visual inspection to verify form, fit, and functionWhat you bringExperience with mechanical or production assemblyProficiency using hand and power toolsPoint-to-point wiring experience (preferred)Soldering experience (a plus)Ability to read assembly drawings or wiring diagramsStrong manual dexterity and attention to detailSchedule and payMonday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:15 PMUp to $22/hour, based on experience.Why this opportunityYou’ll join a team in a brand-new, modern facility with room to advance as the company scales.
