Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Truck & Trailer Sales Executive. The ideal candidate is driven, has exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and can work diligently with staff and customers who English and other multi-cultural languages.
100% on-site or in-office Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate our range of trucks and trailers to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and financing, to facilitate seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably 2-3 years (trucking or automotive industry.)
Strong understanding of commercial vehicles, including trucks and trailers, and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a team.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Bonus Qualifications
· Fluent in both English and at least one other language (preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred)
· Knowledge of the transportation industry (preferred)
Compensation
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
Range: $52,000 - $250,000 annual
