PRN CNA, PCA, In-Home Caregiver, or HHA

PRN Caregivers needed We are seeking CNA's, Nurse Aide's, PCA's, Home Health Aides and qualified in-home caregivers to join our team! Being a caregiver, you will bring happiness into the lives of the clients you work with and their families. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, improve the quality of life and aid the elderly in need of love, compassion and care. As a caregiver, you will approach each day with patience, compassion, care and dedication. Daily tasks include: performing and documenting activities of daily living functions such as: bathing, dressing, incontinence care, meal prep, light exercise, medication reminders, transportation, social interactions, laundry, light housekeeping and providing daily companionship. Responsibilities Provide personal care services in client homes or senior residential homes Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany clients to doctors office or to hospital Medication reminders Provide companionship Document provided services Requirements Caring and compassionate personality Experience as Home Health Aide/In-Home Caregiver/CNA/Nurse Aide/PCA Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Ability to communicate orally in writing (English) Must be able to work every other weekend/and/or PRN Background checks, drug screen and references required Valid driver’s license Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 42 per week Benefits: Disability insurance Flexible schedule Paid orientation Paid training Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Galax, VA 24333 (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
