This includes high volume phone calls to and from multiple client sources, management of multiple scheduling software systems, ability to multi-task and exceptional communication skills. Data entry and equipment tracking included.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Requires strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates proactive organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Skilled in computer use, keyboarding, and handling high-volume phone calls.
