Join us and make an impact today!POSITION PURPOSE:Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards & Operations, the Sr. HR Analyst supports the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and related plans. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, analyzing benefits data, and managing vendor relationships. The Sr. HR Analyst provides key support to the Head of Total Rewards in maintaining efficient and effective benefits programs that align with business objectives while balancing cost considerations with employee needs and overall engagement.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Plan Administration: Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k), and other company-sponsored benefits. Assist with enrollment, changes, and issue resolutionAbsence Management: Assist in monitoring the third-party leave administrator to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Provide employees with guidance on leave processes and necessary documentation, as well as processing supplemental pay due to employee from the companyCompliance: Support compliance efforts by assisting with the preparation of required reports and documentation related to ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other regulations. Help monitor changes in benefits laws and ensure adherence to policiesVendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants. Support the evaluation of vendor performance and help coordinate renewals and negotiationsEmployee Communication: Assist in developing and maintaining communication materials to educate employees on their benefits options. Help coordinate benefits orientations, open enrollment meetings, and updates to the company intranetBenefits Strategy: Provide analytical support to the Head of Total Rewards & Operations by gathering and analyzing benefits data. Assist in research and recommendations to enhance benefits offerings in alignment with company objectivesBenefits Reporting: Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends. Support data analysis for decision-makingProcess Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve benefits administration processes and help implement enhancements to increase efficiencyEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certifications, licenses, etc.)Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related fieldStrong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulationsAbility to manage high level of complexity with degree of independence, balancing the need for collaboration with minimal supervisionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively educate and support employeesAnalytical skills to interpret benefits data and make strategic recommendationsStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities·Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration software.  UKG and Plan Source experience a plusAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plusWHAT CIM OFFERS:At CIM, we believe our success stems from our collective efforts, and we are committed to providing well-rounded support and resources for our employees. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. For this role, bonus compensation may be a significant part of the total compensation.
