Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in St. Augustine, FL. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff performance, and driving sales targets through exceptional customer service strategies. Other responsibilities include inventory management, executing promotional campaigns, maintaining high standards of store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role will also involve mentoring and developing team members to foster continuous growth and leadership. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills with experience in supervising, training, and mentoring employeesStrong customer service skills, including the ability to handle customer concerns, provide personalized assistance, and ensure a positive shopping experienceKnowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales strategies, merchandising, and promotional executionEffective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and engaging with customersProblem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and maintain operational efficiencyProficiency in using basic technology and point-of-sale (POS) systemsExperience in the retail or sports/apparel industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business, management, or related field is preferred
