Journeyman Electrician
Salary: $35-$40 per hourLocation: Austin | Houston | DallasExperience Required: 3+ yearsRole Type: Full-timeWe are currently working with a leading MEP contractor delivering large-scale commercial and high-rise residential projects across Texas. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to bring on multiple Journeyman Electricians.These are major projects, with total site values up to $160M and electrical packages around $10M, offering strong exposure to large, complex builds.Responsibilities:Perform electrical installations on multifamily and commercial projectsWork across full project scopes including distribution, rough-in, trim, and deck workInstall and maintain power distribution, lighting, panels, switchgear, and conduit systemsRead and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specificationsCoordinate with other trades to maintain workflow across the projectEnsure all work meets safety, quality, and code compliance standardsInspect and test electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify any issues or hazardsRequirements:Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license3+ years’ experience working as an ElectricianExperience on commercial or high-rise residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirementsOSHA 30 preferredReliable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWhat’s on offer:$35-$40 per hour depending on experienceLong-term work across multiple major projectsOpportunity to work on large-scale, technically driven developmentsStrong pipeline of work across Texas
