We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible.We need a Recruiting Lead with one of the highest bars in the company. Nox is built by the people we hire, and the bar is non-negotiable. You find cracked, mission-aligned operators, you sell them on the work, and you close them. Nox Metals is an employer with real opportunity for long term career growth, this is a place to build a career, not just hold a job.You will:Own recruiting end to end across software, operations, supply chain, sales, factory floor, and leadershipHold a high bar on every hire, every role, every shift, no exceptionsBe the cultural firewall, every candidate you advance is aligned with the mission and the way Nox operatesSource relentlessly across inbound, outbound, and referrals, build warm pipelines before roles openRun intake, screening, debriefs, and offers, you own the loop end to endClose like an operator, you do not let great people slipWalk the floor regularly so you can recruit operators, drivers, and shift leads as well as engineersYou should be:Strong recruiting track record, in-house or agency, hiring exceptional people across functionsFamous for your bar, the people you have hired are still the best people on the teams they joinedDeeply aligned with our culture, mission, and standards, this is non-negotiableComfortable hiring across the full Nox spectrum, software engineers, operators, drivers, shift leads, sales, executivesCracked with AI tools, ATS, and recruiting data, you run a pipeline like an operatorSharp with numbers, you run pipelines and conversion rates like a sales leader runs a forecastHigh agency, low ego, customer obsessed (your customers are hiring managers and candidates)Organized, fast, and relentless under pressureCommitted to safety on the floor when you are recruiting on itNot afraid to work outside normal hours when America demands itNever says "that's not my job"Nice to have:Recruiting at an early-stage technology, manufacturing, defense, or industrial companyExperience hiring across both blue collar and technical rolesNetwork in Detroit, the broader Midwest, and the American manufacturing and defense ecosystemComfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarterThis role is full time, in person in Detroit.
