This leader will own and drive full-cycle, high-volume hiring strategies to support a large, hourly workforce across multiple sites.This role oversees recruiting operations across Washington, Oregon, and Northern California, while also leading the broader Southwest Talent Acquisition team.You will partner closely with operations leadership to forecast hiring needs, build scalable recruiting programs, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience while meeting aggressive hiring targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional recruiting teamProvide leadership and oversight for recruiting operations across Washington, Oregon, and Northern California, while leading the broader Southwest teamOwn and execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, hourly roles across multiple locationsPartner with operations leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring strategiesDesign and implement scalable recruiting processes to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost efficiencyManage and optimize sourcing strategies, including job boards, community outreach, referrals, and hiring eventsOversee the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging processTrack, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.) to drive continuous improvementEnsure recruiting practices align with company standards and applicable employment lawsSupport employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent in competitive marketsCollaborate with onboarding teams to ensure seamless new hire transitionsTravel as needed based on business needsSuccessfully complete an extensive pre-employment screening processQualifications5+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruitingProven success managing high-volume, multi-site recruiting operations, preferably supporting hourly workforcesStrong expertise in sourcing strategies, recruiting tools, and applicant tracking systemsData-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting performanceBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 annually401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceGrowth and advancement opportunitiesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
